Charles Raymond Bird, the Cal Poly student charged with posting racial/religious threats on social media sites, will be arraigned today at 8:30 am in Judge Dodie Harmon’s Superior Court Dept 3.  The criminal complaint alleges felony criminal threats with a “hate crime” enhancement.
