Blocked Sewer Main Spills Into Street


Yesterday about 500 gallons of sewage from a blocked sewer main spilled into the street gutter on the southwest side of the 1600 block of Santa Rosa Street in San Luis Obispo. Federal Investigators Find Corrosion in Oil Pipeline
