  On 7-9-14, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Deputies discovered an abandoned panga boat on San Simeon State Beach. No narcotics were discovered in the boat. No one is in custody.   The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is releasing the identity of the subject who had barricaded himself inside a home in Nipomo on 7-9-14.
