Gas Prices Falling


  Average retail gasoline prices in California have fallen 4.3 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.98/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 10,526 gas outlets in California. Dive Teams Pulled Stolen Car Out of Lake


  Dive teams and police pulled a stolen car out of Laguna Lake in San Luis Obispo on Monday. It was a 1996 Subaru reported stolen in 2006 from Pismo Beach.
