An overnight highway resurfacing project in San Luis Obispo is underway on 101 between Ontario Road and Reservoir Canyon Road. The overnight construction is expected to be completed in May. Arson is suspected in the Nipomo fire which destroyed one home on Oakglen Avenue and damaged another. Seven mads place homes are owned by Donna and Greg France of Santa Maria. A 27-year-old Fresno man had to be rescued from Morro Rock yesterday morning after climbing the southern side of the rock to proposed to his girlfriend on face time.
