CAL Fire Firefighters Get Promotions


Some CAL FIRE firefighters in San Luis Obispo have new titles. Ten were promoted and the agency held a badge pinning ceremony yesterday. Most of those promoted were already serving in their new positions. Three firefighters were promoted to the position of battalion chief and seven others are now captains.
