Average retail gasoline prices in California have fallen 0.6 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $4.03/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 10,526 gas outlets in California. Student Drug Dealer Arrested In Isla Vista

A minor earthquake rattled the central coast yesterday evening at about 6:22. Cambria residents say they felt a sharp jolt for about a second or two.
