Arroyo Grande Man in Jail After Driving Off Road and Killing Passenger


An Arroyo Grande man is in county jail after driving off High Mountain Road killing his passenger.  Paul Kravtsov faces Felony DUI and manslaughter charges.  Kravtsov, who is 18 apparently lost control of his pick-up in the early morning hours over the weekend and 300 feet down a mountainside. Former KSBY news anchor and crooner Rick Martel has died. The 82-year-old icon passed away Tuesday morning, according to his wife Stormi. Martel anchored KSBY news from 1980 to 1995.
