Albert Moriarty Jr. Pleaded No Contest to Felony Charges


  Albert Moriarty, Jr., accused of fraud and embezzlement, pleaded no contest yesterday to the seven felony criminal charges against him stemming from his operation as owner and president of Moriarty Enterprises in Grover Beach from 2007 through 2012.   The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's department says a man on their most wanted list turned himself in last Friday. Paul Jacob Speer who is 39-years-old, was wanted for molesting a child under 14. Speer was taken to county jail. His bail is a million dollars.
