Cal Poly Frat Suspended After Alleged Sexual Assault


A fraternity at Cal Poly is suspended after allegations of an attempted sexual assault. The assault allegedly occurred March 6th at an off-campus party hosted by Delta Chi. UC Berkley Release Documents in Sexual Harassment Cases


Officials at UC Berkeley release documents showing 19 employees, including six faculty members, were found to have sexually harassed students and employees in the past five years. The guilty parties include the dean of the law school, a vice chancellor and a counselor for disabled students. Seven of the victims were students. Ten were employees.

Escaped Tortoise Found in Grover Beach


A tortoise found in Grover Beach yesterday morning is reunited with its owner. Kennedy the tortoise escaped its yard and cruised through north Grover Beach. Police described the apprehension of the tortoise as routine following a “slow chase.”
