Cal Poly Radio Station Scandal

Cal Poly radio station KCPR is facing a scandal. Student hosts Logan Cooper and Sean Martinez on their Saturday night sex talk show “Getting It In” offered to send pictures of their genitals for a radio station fundraiser. The offer on the show’s Facebook page was “For only $20 dollars, you can have a week of sexy snapchats featuring the hosts of Getting It In!” The Facebook post has been taken down. Journalism Department Chair Mary Glick told Mustang News that she is starting an investigation into the hosts’ actions and the long-term structure of KCPR. The story first broke at Cal Coast News, a website run by Cal Poly journalism professor Bill Loving.
