Cal Poly Wins Third Place in Solar Decathlon

Students from Cal Poly came in third place for their net-zero, solar-powered home in the 2015 Solar Decathlon, which is put on by the U.S. Department of Energy. Fourteen college teams competed in all. Stevens Institute of Technology from Hoboken New Jersey took first place, while University of Buffalo from New York took second.
