Nipomo, CA — Police on Wednesday arrested 23-year-old Marie M. Coyner from Nipomo on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence in the death of 24-year-old Christopher J. Tietjen of Nipomo. Fire Crews Work To Contain Prescribed Burn
