Federal Regulators Issue Violation Against Diablo Canyon Power Plant


Federal regulators have issued a violation against California’s Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant because its emergency plan failed for eight years to include instructions required for boats and ships within 10 miles of the seaside reactors. Northbound Off-Ramp at LOVR Closed Intermittently For Next Four Days


The northbound U.S. Highway 101 off-ramp at Los Osos Valley Road will be closed intermittently for the next four-days beginning immediately due to a downed signal pole.
