Driver Found At Bottom Of Ravine Identified As Missing Santa Barbara Man

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Office has positively identified the occupant of a vehicle found at the bottom of a ravine off Painted Cave Road on July 4th.  The decedent is 55-year-old Timothy Goodwin of Santa Barbara who was reported missing in Santa Barbara County in March of 2012.  His death is under investigation. The California Department of Public Health has confirmed the West Nile Virus has been isolated from mosquitoes collected in the City of Pismo Beach. Lightning Sparks Fire In Sierra National Forrest, Northeast Of Fresno
