Albert Moriarty Jr. Pleaded No Contest to Felony Charges


Albert Moriarty, Jr., accused of fraud and embezzlement, pleaded no contest yesterday to the seven felony criminal charges against him stemming from his operation as owner and president of Moriarty Enterprises in Grover Beach from 2007 through 2012. As part of his plea, he will be sentenced to five years of prison custody on September 17. Moriarty will also be ordered to pay full restitution to all of his victims.
