San Luis Obispo, CA -- 46-year-old Jennifer Chill from Paso Robles has been convicted of three felony charges for driving her car into a truck and killing the driver. Chill smashed into Jacob Keller, who died, and passenger Nolan Martinez, who was injured. The accident happened on Serenade Drive in October of 2010. Chill was convicted of involuntary manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence causing injury and driving with a blood alcohol level of point-8 percent or above causing injury. Chills level was point-19 percent.
She faces a maximum of eight years in state prison. Sentencing is scheduled January 12.
