San Luis Obispo, CA -- Union Pacific Railroad is installing a fence, and their own expense, along the railroad tracks where a 17-year-old boy was killed in July of 2010. Oscar Gonzales was killed when he was hit by a train while trying to cross the tracks near Cal Poly. The railroad is building the barrier in an attempt to prevent people from using a well-used path leading from Murray St. to California Blvd.
