Two SLO County Men Enter Their Plea Against Possesion of Child Pornography
A former SLO County Sheriff’s Deputy and a Nipomo man have pleaded not guilty to possession of child pornography in a federal court room. Former Sheriff’s Deputy Bryan Goossens, Nipomo resident Jeremy Neubauer and Bryan David Arnold of Grover Beach were arrested last week after an 8 month long investigation. According to The Tribune, arraignment for Arnold is scheduled for September 8th. 55 people were arrested by the FBI Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement Team and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for sharing child pornography through a file sharing computer program. The trial begins October 15th.
