Arroyo Grande, CA -- Two Arroyo Grande men were arrested early Wednesday morning after an alert neighbor heard prowling in her neighborhood and called 911. Responding A.G. officers found 24-year-old Timothy Chad Spears standing on the side of the road between parked cars in the 700 block of Dodson Way.

After a few questions, they determined that Spears was on parole and further investigation turned up a box containing car stereos, CDs, cell phones, tools, jumper cables and a small amount of cash. Police also found his partner, 32-year-old parolee Theodore Clayton Lang in a nearby backyard. Both men are being held without bail.
