Two Major Incidents At Pirate's Cove
|
After an extensive search, the Sheriff’s Department Underwater Search and Recovery Team has found the body of the man who may have fallen off the cliff at Pirate’s Cove. 24 year old Juan Lazaro-Zacariaz was found in the surf of the general area he was last seen. Coroner’s Investigators will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
After a sheriff’s deputy left the scene of the search, he spotted the suspect of several cases of indecent exposure in a stolen car. The officer tried to pull over 39 year old Patrick Dodenhoff, but he failed to pull over and drove towards Pirate’s Cove. Little did he know, numerous law enforcement agencies were in the area looking for Juan Lazaro-Zacariaz. Dodenhoff brought his car to a screeching halt and ran for it. The K-9 unit found the Palm Desert man a short time later hiding in the bushes. Dodenhoff allegedly exposed himself to people at Mustang Village, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo High School and to people in the neighborhood of Royal and Los Osos Valley Roads. He is being charged with several counts of indecent exposure and possessing a stolen vehicle. Dodenhoff also has warrants out in Southern California and is wanted by state parole officers. |
