Posted: Friday, 14 November 2008 12:21PM Two Cited During ABC Shoulder Tap Operation in North County Two employees of local markets have been busted for selling alcohol to a minor. The Alcoholic Beverage Control agents went to 13 licensed establishments in North County over the weekend and conducted a Shoulder Tap Operation. Two men were cited for selling alcohol to ABC’s decoy. 61 year old Sang Chun An from Shandon Market and 44 year old Gamal Mohammed El Sayed from Templeton Spirits were the two employees cited. Similar operations are being planned in other parts of the county.
