Two Burglars Busted
|
|
Two burglars were able to break into one apartment without waking the people inside, but they didn’t get very far. Just before 1:30 this morning, Grover Beach Police were called to the 1400 block of Longbranch Avenue after a woman who lived nearby the burglarized apartment heard two men opening her kitchen window. When police arrived, they found 19 year old Jeremy Glenn Denham and a 15 year old boy in the parking lot of the apartment complex with the stolen items. In addition to breaking into two apartments, the two allegedly used keys that they stole to get into the victims’ cars. Denham was booked into County Jail for residential burglary, vehicle burglary, possession of stolen property, conspiracy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violating his probation. The 15 year old was taken the County Juvenile Services Center for residential burglary, vehicle burglary, possession of stolen property, conspiracy, and possession of tobacco products. |
