Posted: Wednesday, 11 June 2008 9:38AM Transient Man Dies From Injuries Suffered After an Assault Assault turned deadly… Last week we told you about Gregory Ghan… the 53 year old transient man who was assaulted back in May in Isla Vista. Now detectives are looking at this case as a homicide, not an assault. Yesterday, Ghan was taken off life support and died from his injuries at Cottage Hospital. Sheriff’s Detectives are still looking for anyone who might be able to help with this investigation. Any information can be left on the Criminal Investigations Anonymous Tip Line at 681.4162.
