One major department store has been busted for over charging their customers. Target admitted without guilt that their cash registers rang up prices that were too high. Inspectors in Sonoma, Marin, Santa Cruz and Fresno Counties discovered that there were multiple occasions where the price at the cash register wasn’t the lowest posted price. Target has agreed to pay a $1.7 million fine.
