The California Insurance Commissioner is working to halt bad insurance claims made by one health insurance company. The State is taking actions against over one-hundred-thirty-thousand alleged handling violations made by a California company. The Department of Insurance and California Department of Managed Health Care hope that this will help put an end to unfair claims by the health insurance industry.
