Several law enforcement agencies served a drug-related search warrant at the home of a suspected street gang member in Nipomo on Thursday. When they got inside, deputies found seven people using illegal drugs with a five year old child in the room. The child was taken into protective custody and 27 year old Jason Shawn Davis was arrested for child endangerment. A 16 year old was also turned over to child welfare personnel after several ounces of cocaine were discovered in the house. Deputies also took 26 year old David Paul Wilson into custody for his two outstanding warrants. 20 year old Matthew Richard Estrada, who lived on the 100 block of West Price where police served the warrant, was arrested for criminal street gang activity. County Code Enforcement inspectors were also called to the scene to investigate several code violations. |
