Completion is in sight for a much delayed construction project in Morro Bay. The round-about at Morro Bay Boulevard and Quintana Road was supposed to be finished up in May, but was delayed by negotiations with a property owner over acquiring land. The city also had to negotiate with the Mobil Station over the right of way, and had to pay for a tree and a new sign, adding more than $100,000 to the project. According to The Tribune, the project is expected to be finished in at the end of October or early November. |
