Posted: Wednesday, 25 June 2008 11:52AM Robbery Suspects in Custody Two men robbed the Citibank on Spring Street in Paso yesterday afternoon and now both are behind bars. About 2:20 in the afternoon, police responded to the bank where two men held up employees, took some cash, and fled. Witnesses described the suspects and their getaway car to police, who located one of them driving around on the streets. 48 year old Thomas Cameron Kincade of Fontana was taken into custody. The other suspect, 32 year old Tino Ortega Simmons, was arrested in Bakersfield with the help of Bakersfield Police Officers and the FBI. Kincade and Simmons were booked into County Jail for armed robbery and conspiracy.
