Posted: Monday, 04 August 2008 12:14PM Road Construction Begins in Morro Bay The paving continues on Highway 1 near MorroBay. Today is the first day of the major paving project between the San Lucito Creek and Old Creek bridges. Intermittent lane closure in both directions will take place from 7am to 4pm Monday through Thursday and on Fridays from 7am to 1pm. The $2.5 million project is expected to be complete by the end of September.
