A register sex offender has entered his plea in a case of annoying or molesting a child. 30 year old Enos Cree Dailey pled no contest yesterday to the five felony counts against him. Dailey is accused of approaching numerous children in Los Osos and Morro Bay over the course of a two day period in April. He allegedly tried to lure children into his car by telling them that he had been bitten by a snake or by offering them money. Due to his prior conviction in 2000, Dailey could be sentenced to 12 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. His sentencing is scheduled for December 3rd.
