Posted: Thursday, 19 June 2008 10:17AM Reckless Driver Awaits Court Date The 18 year old San Luis Obispo man who collided head-on with a PismoBeach woman on Price Canyon Road last Friday is waiting for a court date. Alex Forster was arrested for vehicular manslaughter on suspicion of driving recklessly and causing several cars to collide about a mile from Highway 227. Forster’s Audi slammed into a car driven by Francheska Rubin. The 58 year old woman was killed on her way home from work. No alcohol was involved, but CHP is investigating.
