Posted: Tuesday, 01 July 2008 6:44AM Rape Suspect Turns Himself In A Santa Maria man turned himself into the police on Thursday. 50 year old Randy Turner was urged by his attorney to go to the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigations Division and face sexually related charges. He was arrested, then booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail on charges of lewd acts with a child and rape. He is being held at $250,000 bail.
