Posted: Wednesday, 17 September 2008 9:44AM Prostitution Arrest in Paso Robles Investigators found that one worker was offering sex at Mandarin Therapy in Paso Robles. After conducting an undercover operation at the business on the 800 block of 7th Street, police arrested 54 year old Bailing Li of Paso Robles for misdemeanor solicitation. Li was released after promising to appear in court. The Paso Robles Police Department is continuing the investigation.
