Police Need Your Help In Finding Missing Girl

A young girl is missing, and now the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department needs the help of the public to find her. On Tuesday, 14 year old Christina Veloz-Payne was reported missing by her mother. She was last seen around 8 o’clock Monday night while watching the fireworks show at Grisch Park in Goleta. It was then that she told friends she was going to her house, several miles from the park. She hasn’t been seen or spoken to since. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, white socks and black Vans shoes. She is Hispanic, about 4’ 11”, 130 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on the right side of her head. Anyone who has information on her whereabouts can contact the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department at 681.4168.
