Posted: Monday, 22 September 2008 9:42AM Police Investigating a Rape Case in SLO Police are investigating a case of rape in San Luis Obispo. Early Friday morning, a woman went to her neighbor’s door on the 1100 block of Fredericks Street and told them that she was raped. Officers from the SLO Police Department talked with the victim at Sierra Vista Hospital. It was then that they determined that her acquaintance, 31 year old Fredy Graciano was the man who allegedly raped her. After police interviewed him, they arrested Graciano and booked him into the San Luis Obispo County Jail at $100,000 bail. The investigation is still underway.
