Posted: Wednesday, 08 October 2008 8:13AM Police Investigating Deadly Crash in Solvang An investigation is underway in a deadly crash down in Solvang. Just before six yesterday morning, Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a collision on the 1000 block of Alisal Road. When they arrived, they found the body 24 year old Mattie Lee Stine in the driver’s seat of a car which had crashed into a tree. The cause of her death is under investigation.
