Posted: Thursday, 09 October 2008 9:12AM Paso Robles Attorney Faces Prison Time After two weeks on trial for charges pressed against him, a Paso Robles Attorney will most likely get prison time. Adam Ranald Fairbairn was on trial for shooting at two men who were repossessing his truck back in June. According to the Tribune, Fairbairn started shooting a riffle towards the two men from the towing company. The jury found him guilty of felony assault with a firearm and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. His sentencing is scheduled for November 5th.
