Paso Robles, CA -- Paso Police also made a final arrest in relation to the recent stabbing murder of a city resident. Tabitha Brown of San Luis Obispo was already in jail on other charges when she was named a suspect along with Alfonso Fierros, Jennifer Velten, and John Barrett in what police believe is a drug related murder.
