Paso Man Pleads Guilty to Gross Vehicular Manslaughter

The Paso Robles man being held responsible for a crash that took the life of a Phoenix man and severely injured a CHP Officer pleaded guilty yesterday. Jeremy White is being charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and selling and transporting marijuana. In December, White rammed into CHP Officer Anthony Pedeferri’s patrol car during a routine traffic stop on Highway 101 just north of Ventura. The crash killed Andreas Parra, the driver of the stopped car, and badly injured Officer Pedeferri. White’s sentencing is scheduled for September 11th. |
