Posted: Monday, 30 June 2008 10:31AM Parolee Busted for Drugs Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Deputies busted a 46 year old parolee for having drugs. 46 year old John Carothers was arrested last week on the 1600 block of East Jones Street after being searched. Cops found three ounces of methamphetamines on him. The street value was estimated at nearly $9,000. Carothers was arrested for possession and booked into Santa Barbara County Jail.
