Posted: Tuesday, 10 June 2008 8:33AM PG&E Awards Local School With Bright Ideas Grant A local elementary school was awarded a grant for an innovative solar science project. Oceano Elementary School received the $5,000 “Bright Ideas” grant from PG&E. As part of the grant, students will work together to produce andpublish a report that explains how the solar panels work. Oceano Elementary is one of the 14 school recognized this spring by PG&E.
