Murray Street Building Damaged from Fire

Roads were blocked and some residents were evacuated when a building caught fire in San Luis Obispo. Around one o’clock yesterday, four fire units arrived on the 1200 block of Murray Street to find the garage of an office building fully engulfed in flames. A motorhome that was parked next to the building was also on fire. Firefighters were able to gain control of the blaze in 15 minutes. $175,000 in damage was done to the building and $60,000 done to the motorhome. The fire is currently under investigation. |
