San Luis Obispo, CA -- Authorities on Monday identified the man who committed suicide in a parking lot of Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center on Jan. 15 as Zachary Young, 20, of San Luis Obispo.
 
According to authorities, Young died of a gunshot wound.  He was a San Luis Obispo High School graduate and a phlebotomist at the hospital.  No reason for his death was given.
