San Luis Obispo, CA -- A San Luis Obispo man is behind bars for vandalizing several offices at a building at 895 Aero Vista.On Tuesday at approximately 5:30 in the afternoon, police were dispatched to the report of a male who threw a large rock through a plate glass window of building that houses several businesses including West Pac Investments and The Central Coast Water Board.
31-year-old Philip Furia was in the process of allegedly vandalizing property in several offices. A search of the building was conducted by officers and Furia was located in the crawl space above the first floor businesses. He was extracted from the crawl space and was taken into custody after a struggle.
Furia was booked into county jail for burglary, felony vandalism, and resisting arrest. He is being held on $20,000 bail.
