Morro Bay, CA -- A Morro Bay man was arrested after he passed out drunk in a stranger's home in Cayucos. The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department says deputies were called to a home on Circle Drive in Cayucos early Monday morning on report that a stranger entered the home through an unlocked front door. A man living in the home confronted the suspect and held him at bay while his wife called 911. Deputies say it appears the suspect, 32-year-old Robert Romero, was intoxicated when he entered the home and passed out. Romero faces charges of being drunk in public. He has been booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail. The Sheriff’s Department say to avoid these kinds of incidences, lock your doors.
