San Luis Obispo, CA -- The man who says he stabbed his girlfriend Tuesday in San Luis Obispo has his first appearance in court today. Police say 21-year-old John Ramos showed up to French Hospital Tuesday and told staff what he had done. Staff members then called police. The woman is expected to be okay.
