Posted: Tuesday, 09 September 2008 8:11AM Man Accused of Killing Girlfriend's Son to Appear in Court The man accused of killing a five-year-old at the Oceano Dunes will appear in court on Wednesday. 24 year old Juan Francisco Nunez is accused of burying his girlfriend’s son while they were playing in the sand at the Dunes on the 4th of July. According to The Tribune, Nunez has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and child endangerment. The preliminary hearing begins tomorrow at 10.
