Los Osos, CA -- AaronLyons.jpg" />A Los Osos man has pleaded no contest to grand theft and residential burglary of a home of a local judge, where he also left a note of retaliation. 31-year-old Gary Aaron Lyons entered the plea yesterday before Judge Michael Barton in San Luis Superior Court. Lyons faces up to seven years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced February 21. Lyons at the time of the burglary was a next door neighbor to Judge Dodie Harmon. He took a gun and some jewelry from Harmon’s home while she was vacationing.
