Posted: Friday, 27 June 2008 10:26AM Lompoc Flower Festival Detours Highway 1 will be closed tomorrow for the Lompoc Flower Festival Parade. The Highway will be closed in each direction from North Avenue to Ocean Avenue, and Ocean Avenue will be closed from G Street to R Street. These closures will be in effect from6 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon. Detour signs will be put up to help drivers get around the closure.
